Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (M-SAA)

The Local Health System Integration ACT, 2006 requires that Health Service Providers (HSP), like the Vaughan Community Health Centre, enter into a service accountability agreement with the Local Health Integration Network (LHIN). The Service Accountability Agreement (M-SAA) is a multi-year agreement that supports a collaborative relationship between the LHIN and the HSP. The objective of this agreement is to improve the health of Ontarians through better access to high quality health care services, to co-ordinate health care in local health systems and to manage the health system at the local level effectively and efficiently. For more information, please refer to our
