Seniors are one of the priority populations of Vaughan Community Health Centre. In order to promote health and wellbeing to seniors living in the City of Vaughan, the Centre has developed specialized services for seniors. These services include:

• Medical visits, check up and referrals
• Diabetes education and management
• Management of chronic diseases such as cancer, heart diseases, high blood pressure, and cholesterol
• Physiotherapy and foot care services
• Counseling
• Support in filing applications for government resources
• Culturally and linguistically appropriate group activities to address social isolation and promote active living
