Community Advisory Council In order to ensure that the Vaughan Community Health Centre is responsive to the diverse needs of the many communities it serves, the Community Advisory Council (CAC) was established in 2007. CAC members are residents of the City of Vaughan, and all have diverse backgrounds. They are responsible for advising the Board of Directors on changes in the needs of our communities, gaps in services, and any other community-based issue. CAC members do this by staying in touch with the issues of the day and the concerns of people in their community. In this way, the CAC helps put the community in Community Health Centre.
